All content, campaigns, and communications must be professional, legal, and comply with platform guidelines and applicable laws.
You agree to participate in our verification process and provide necessary documentation to maintain platform transparency and trust.
All Paid PR payments are held in secure escrow until deliverables are completed and approved by the Web3 project.
MediaFlow3 charges an 8% platform fee on completed Paid PR campaigns. Free PR through organic media requests has no fees. Fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction.
We support both FIAT (EUR/USD) and cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) payments through trusted third-party processors.
No fake followers, engagement manipulation, misleading metrics, or any form of fraudulent activity that undermines platform integrity and authentic media relations.
Users may not attempt to bypass our platform for direct deals, payment processing, or communication related to PR opportunities found on MediaFlow3.
Content promoting scams, illegal activities, hate speech, or anything that could harm the Web3 ecosystem or our community is strictly prohibited.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.
While we provide dispute resolution assistance, users are ultimately responsible for their own business relationships and contract fulfillment.
Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform community.
Upon account termination, you may request data export. We'll retain necessary information for legal compliance and dispute resolution.
